Stampin’ Up! Artisan Design Team Blog Hop – Flowers For Every Season Suite

Hi there!! I am Leah and welcome to the June blog hop with the 2020 Artisan Design Team!

This month I was so excited to get to work with one of the new suites in the 2020-2021 Annual Catalogue, Flowers For Every Season. It is a beautiful, colourful suite that comes with stamps, punch, dies, DSP, Memories and More Card Pack, cards and envelopes, and coordinating embellishments.

What makes this suite so amazing is that you don’t get just one bundle of stamps, you get two: Jar of Flowers with Jar Punch and Celebrate Sunflowers with Sunflower Dies!

Because this suite features all of the new In Colors for 2020-2022 (Bumblebee, Cinnamon Cider, Just Jade, Magenta Madness, and Misty Moonlight) I decided to keep with that colour scheme for my projects.

The Jar of Flowers Bundle is such a versatile set with a reversible jar stamp, flower stamps for every season, and a coordinating jar punch. Since summer is right around the corner, I used the summer flowers stamp and created a bouquet with no-line colouring. I lightly stamped the flower image in Smoky Slate and coloured over it using ink with a Blender Pen. I finished the card off with a DSP backround, white leaf stickers, Baker’s Twine, clear gems, and a sentiment from Celebrate Sunflowers.

To highlight the beauty of the Celebrate Sunflowers Bundle, I created a square card with a large gerbera daisy. This set may have sunflowers in the title, but it also makes great gerbera daisies of any colour!

I started with a flower stamped background in Bumblebee and topped it off with a vibrant, pink multi-layer daisy. The ribbon peeking out is the new Just Jade Gingham Ribbon and gave this card just a hint of green.

The final card created with the Flowers For Every Season Suite combines both of the above bundles on a slim card (8.5″ x 3.5″).

The background is stamped in green, pink, and yellow daisies, while the front of the card has jars full of flower bouquets. These bouquets are stickers from the Flowers For Every Season Memories and More Card Pack!

I have just shown some ideas for using the summery flowers, but this suite has everything you need to take you through to next Christmas! Make sure you check it out in the new Stampin’ Up! catalogue.

  4. Wow! Love these! Your no-line water-colouring is amazing – what a great look. And clearly, I didn’t look closely enough at the Memories and More cards because you’ve done amazing things with them.
