Stampin’ Up! Artisan Design Team Blog Hop – Curvy Celebrations 2

Hi there! I’m Leah from the Stampin’ Up! Artisan Design Team for 2020 and welcome to Part 2 of the Curvy Celebrations blog hop.

If you missed the ornament card from Part 1, with the gorgeous Curvy Christmas stamp set and Classic Christmas DSP, you can read more about it here.

Starting today, November 3, 2020 everyone, Demonstrators and Customers, have access to all the new Quite Curvy Variety Bundle. This is an early release of products from the upcoming January-June 2021 Mini Catalogue.

For today’s blog hop, I wanted to share a card using just the Quite Curvy Bundle, which is a beautiful set of curvy stamps and die cuts. The stamp set also includes the cutest little birds which I couldn’t resist using as you can see on the card below!

I coloured the birds to look like Robins because I named my daughter, Robyn, after them. I used Pumpkin Pie and Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends to get the look of the birds.

Although the name of the set is Quite Curvy, that doesn’t mean you have to use the sentiments as they are. Because the stamps are photopolymer, you can manipulate the phrases to be curvy or straight, as I did here.

One of the die cuts also creates tiny little leaves that look great used as embellishments to finish the card off.

I hope this card provided you a little inspiration to create some curvy (or not so curvy) cards!

  1. I love your bird DSP – so sweet! The way you’ve straightened out the curved sentiment and made it pop by using white on black is wonderful.
