This month we are showcasing Stampin’ Up!’s exclusive Host stamp sets from the 2019-2020 Annual Catalogue and the 2020 January-June Mini Catalogue. These sets are only available to those who qualify by hosting a workshop or placing an individual order that meet a minimum total.

I had the opportunity to play around with the Soft Spring stamp set (item 149429) from the Annual Catalogue and found it to be a versatile spring floral set.

Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team Blog Hop - Soft Spring Host Stamp Set

This stamp set is made for Two-Step Stampin’, but for the first card I created, I only used the solid stamps to create a flower-filled garden scene. The flowers were stamped in Blushing Bride and Terracotta Tile while the leaves were stamped in Soft Seafoam. The greeting was from Butterfly Gala and the card was finished off with a couple of delicate dragonflies and Pearl Basic Jewels.

The second card used the stamps in a slightly different way: the flowers were stamped in a group to produce large, hydrangea-like flowers. I used the same colours as the previous card and embellished it with the sweet, small butterflies from Butterfly Gala. The butterflies have an added layer of sparkle thanks to the Wink of Stella Glitter Brush.
