HO HO HO Paper Pumpkin Kit

It’s my favorite time of the year… when the holiday Paper Pumpkin Kits arrive!! Every year Stampin’ Up! makes two holiday kits: one with cards and one with gift tags. Thankfully the card kit arrived in October which gave me lots of time to make the cards.

See the video below to learn how to put the kit together:

These cards designs were so amazing that I made them almost as suggested. The Santa card below was exactly as instructed, and the the other were variations based off the instructions.

The ho ho ho card used one of my own Crumb Cake card bases with a reindeer stamped background and a fun greeting. I left off the iridescent snowflake to use one the next card.

I loved the pre-cut Santas that came with this kit and used one on an original card design. The snowflakes were stencilled with Bermuda Bay ink on the provided light blue card base, and I used as many iridescent snowflakes as I could!

The last card is very similar to the instructions, except I had to use all the letters in JOY as I had no more Santas left! I also changed the colour of the bottom greeting to Pool Party and Bermuda Bay as I thought it went better with all of the other cards.

I ended up making 12 cards from the kit and I already have them ready to get mailed to some of my favourite Stampin’ friends from around the world!

I just received the next holiday kit, From The North Pole, and can’t wait to share the gift tags I make from it!

If you want to add to your card stash every month, then you need to sign up for the monthly Paper Pumpkin Kits. Canadian crafters can subscribe through me here.

Be sure to subscribe by December 10, 2022 so you can receive the January Paper Pumpkin Kit! The kit will include everything to make and decorate 16 fun gift card holder boxes!!

I hope you have a great weekend crafting!!
