Summer has officially arrived!! Aaahhh… the long, sunny days, hours spent at the park with the kids, family barbecues, and fresh veggies from the garden. This is what I look forward to during the summer months! To be honest, I … Continue reading
I had been going through a bit of a scrapbooking/designing slump this summer and I found it really hard to be inside in front of the computer on a beautiful summer day. The summers are short in Edmonton, so I … Continue reading

The new computer has arrived and is finally set up. Jason and I spent the last two days transferring all my scrapbook files over and thankfully everything works great! Along with the computer, Jason surprised me with Photoshop Elements 9!! I was not expecting that at all! I can’t wait to get it going and learn how to do some cool photo techniques, although I may take a course instead of trying to figure it out myself.
Now that I am able to scrapbook again, I am also busy shopping for new designer kits to use in the photobooks. I have been looking at so many talented designers and today I bought a kit from Paislee Press called Adorned. I love it because it is a Christmas kit that isn’t traditional and can be used for so many other occassions. The page I have posted today is using this kit and my photos are definitely not of the Christmas spirit!
I will be using “Adorned” for a few Christmas projects, so check back to see more of this kit.
